Yes. Every Spinners gift voucher works at all four of our venues: Chester, Plymouth, Reading and Solihull. There is no venue locked to the voucher when you buy it.
So if you are buying in Reading for someone who might end up somewhere else, it still works. And if they never leave Reading, that is fine too.

No. Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed against group bookings, party packages or corporate and business bookings.

How long is the voucher valid for?+
12 months from the date of purchase. If only part of it is spent, the balance can still be used within those 12 months.

Do you offer physical gift cards?+
Not at the moment. We offer digital e-vouchers delivered by email, which means they arrive in minutes and nothing gets lost in the post.
How much should I put on a voucher?+
As a guide: 3 for £15 is £15 per person for three games, for groups of 2 to 6. Play. Drink. is £15 per person for a game and a drink, and Play. Drink. Eat. is £25 per person for a game, a main and a drink, both for groups of 4 to 12.

Is there a minimum age?+
Vouchers have no age restriction, but some games do. Electric Darts is 12+, and venues operate as over-18s in the evenings, with times varying by site. Check with Spinners Reading when planning a visit.
What if the booking is cancelled?+
Voucher and booking conditions are set out in our booking terms. If something changes, contact the venue as early as you can and the team will do what they can to help.
