By making payment, you confirm that you have read and accepted our terms and conditions. Please note that all bookings must be paid in full, in advance, to be confirmed.

For cancellations or amendments, you must contact the venue by email. We require at least 14 days’ notice for full cancellations or to reschedule, and 7 days’ notice for any changes to group size. If sufficient notice is not given, we will be unable to offer a full refund or amend the booking.

Minimum group sizes apply. If numbers reduce, they must not fall below the following thresholds:
– 13 guests for bookings of 13–35
– 35 guests for bookings of 35–50
– 50 guests for bookings of 50–100
– 100 guests for bookings of 100+

Bookings made within 14 days of the scheduled date are non-refundable.

Pre-paid food and drink is non-refundable, including any items that are not used.

If a booking is postponed or rescheduled, it remains subject to the original booking date. It will no longer be eligible for a refund or any further changes.

If the venue is required to close for any reason, Spinners will not be liable beyond refunding the full amount paid.

In the event of damage to equipment at Spinners, we reserve the right to charge for any repairs.

To help maintain the right atmosphere, sportswear is not permitted. This includes (but is not limited to) jogging bottoms, team shirts, tracksuits and sports shorts.

Please check individual venue information regarding under 18s at the time of booking. Most venues allow under 18s until 6pm or 7pm. Refunds will not be issued if members of your group are unable to provide valid ID.

For private hire bookings, cancellations or amendments must also be made via email. We require a minimum of 30 days’ notice for full cancellation or rescheduling, and 14 days’ notice for changes to group size. If this notice period is not met, we will be unable to offer a full refund or amend the booking. Bookings made within 30 days of the event are non-refundable. All other group booking terms and conditions still apply.
