By completing your payment, you are confirming that you agree to our terms and conditions. All bookings must be paid in full, ahead of time, in order to be secured.

If you need to cancel or make changes to your booking, please contact the venue via email. A minimum of 14 days’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling, and 7 days’ notice for amendments to group size. Without the required notice, we won’t be able to issue a full refund or make changes.

Minimum group sizes apply. If numbers decrease, they must remain above the following levels:
– 13 guests for bookings between 13–35
– 35 guests for bookings between 35–50
– 50 guests for bookings between 50–100
– 100 guests for bookings of 100+

Bookings made within 14 days of the event date are non-refundable.

Any pre-paid food and drink is non-refundable, including anything not redeemed during your visit.

Where a booking has been postponed or moved, all terms still apply based on the original booking date. These bookings cannot be refunded or amended further.

If the venue is required to close for any reason, our liability is limited to a full refund of the amount paid.

We reserve the right to charge for any damage caused to equipment during your visit.

To maintain the venue atmosphere, sportswear is not allowed. This includes items such as jogging bottoms, sports shorts, team shirts and tracksuits.

Please check venue-specific guidance for under 18s at the time of booking. Most locations allow under 18s until 6pm or 7pm. Refunds will not be provided if valid identification cannot be shown.

For private hire bookings, cancellations or changes must also be requested via email. A minimum of 30 days’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling, and 14 days’ notice for changes to group size. Bookings made within 30 days of the event are non-refundable. All other standard group booking terms apply.
