Four. Play. Drink. and Play. Drink. Eat. run from 4 to 12 people and can be booked online. The Spin packages are for groups of 8 or more and are booked by enquiry, so send us your date, rough numbers, the occasion and any budget you're working to and the events team will come back with options.

Once a booking reaches 13 people it's classed as a group booking and our Group Booking Policy applies, whatever size it started at. Weekends and December go quickly, so book early.

Play. Drink. is £15 per person for 4 to 12 people, with one game for an hour and a drink. Play. Drink. Eat. is £25 and adds a main meal. Spin is £35 for groups of 8 or more, with a welcome drink, sides, one drinks token and two hours of games. Spin Plus is £45 with pizza and two tokens. Spin Pro is £70 with pizza and sides, four tokens and three hours of games.

A drinks token gets you a single house spirit with mixer, any draught beer or cider, or a medium glass of house wine or Prosecco, with the bottled equivalent if the draught is off. Anything premium you can upgrade to at the bar. Everything on the Spin packages comes off our events menu.

More than one. Gameplay time on the Spin packages is a rotation across the games at your venue, not two hours stuck on one lane, and we build the running order around your group size before the day.

There are seven games across Spinners: duckpin bowling, electric darts, shuffleboard, clayshot, interactive golf, electric boules and mini golf. Not every game is at every venue, so check Reading, Solihull, Chester and Plymouth. Darts is 12+ only.

Yes, at all four venues. You can hire an area for your group or take the whole venue exclusively, depending on numbers and the date, and if none of the packages fit we'll build something around your budget: timings, food, drinks and the games you want.

Private hire has longer notice periods than a standard group booking, at 30 days to cancel or reschedule and 14 days to change numbers. Every venue has a photobooth, unlimited with private hire and tokens for everyone else.

One payment from the organiser, in full, in advance. Your booking isn't confirmed until the payment lands and we've sent your confirmation, and we can't hold or pencil in a date before that, so an unpaid slot stays available to everyone else.

We don't split bills across a group or take individual payments on arrival, though anything extra your group buys at the bar on the day is separate. Gift vouchers can't be used on corporate, business or private hire bookings, and on group bookings only where the booking is made online, one voucher per booking.

Yes, with notice, in writing to your venue. Group, corporate and business bookings need 14 days' notice to cancel or reschedule and 7 days' notice to change numbers. Private hire needs 30 days and 14 days.

Reductions inside 7 days are charged at the number you confirmed, no shows are charged in full, and pre paid food and drink is non refundable including anything unused. Adding people is usually easier, subject to availability and paid for before the day. Bookings made inside those windows are non refundable, and a rescheduled booking keeps the terms of the original date. Smaller bookings under 13 people made online have a 48 hour cancellation policy. Yes, at all four venues. Team socials, away days, client entertaining, staff parties and team building all run on the same Spin packages, or we'll build something around your numbers and budget. Games beat a meeting room, and nobody has to do an icebreaker.

Company bookings are one payment in advance, with 14 days' notice to cancel or reschedule and 7 days to change numbers. Send final numbers and dietary requirements as early as you can so the kitchen and the games schedule are right on the day. See corporate packages.

It's built into the package and comes off our events menu: sides, 12" pizzas and a welcome drink. Larger groups pre order so everything comes out together rather than in dribs and drabs while you're mid game. Send dietary requirements and allergies at the same time.

Our food is prepared in kitchens where allergens are present, so we can't guarantee an allergen free environment, and guests should tell staff about any allergy on the day too. No outside food or drink unless we've agreed it in writing beforehand, and the same goes for decorations, entertainment and outside suppliers.

Yes, at all four venues, subject to group size and availability. Bottomless brunch runs Fridays and Saturdays for groups of 2 to 16, with 90 minutes of bottomless pizza and drinks.

Everyone in the party needs to be 18 or over, and the 90 minutes starts at your booking time rather than when you arrive. Add a game either side and you've got the afternoon sorted.

Under 18s are welcome during the day with a responsible adult. Reading is 18+ from 6pm, and Solihull, Chester and Plymouth are 18+ from 7pm, so under 18s need to have left by then. Darts is 12+ only, everything else is fair game for a family group or a kids' party, and there's a kids' menu.

We operate Challenge 25, so bring valid photographic ID for alcohol and for entry after the cut off. Anyone who can't produce it may be refused entry or service with no refund, which is the single most common reason a group turns up smaller than it booked.

Smart casual, and yes we do, they're some of our best groups. No sportswear, which covers jogging bottoms, team shirts, tracksuits and sports shorts, and no fancy dress on stag and hen bookings.

We reserve the right to refuse entry if the dress code isn't met and no refund is given if we do, so pass it on to the group before the day.

Accredited assistance dogs are welcome at every Spinners venue, always, with no harness, jacket or documentation needed. Other pets aren't, as we're a licensed venue serving food.

Accessibility varies a little by site, so contact your venue with any specific requirements before you book and we'll make sure everything's right for your group on the day.
