Electric Darts is a tech-powered version of traditional darts, played with real darts on a smart board. Magnets in the board detect exactly where each dart lands, sending the result to a touchscreen tablet and TV screen that keep score automatically.

Six game modes give your group different ways to play, and the screens guide you through each one as you go.

It's the same throw, minus the chalkboard and the arguments over the maths. You're still throwing real darts at a real board. The difference is that the board scores every dart for you, keeps the game moving and offers six different modes instead of just 501.

If you can play pub darts, you can play Electric Darts. If you've never picked up a dart, the screens will walk you through it.

There are six Electric Darts game modes to choose from, ranging from easy, social games to tougher challenges for confident throwers.

You can try several modes during your session or stick with a favourite and go for the rematch.

Each private darts bay holds up to 8 players. If your group is larger, our booking system will automatically split you across multiple bays, so everyone gets playing.

A standard Electric Darts booking lasts for 55 minutes. Your local venue may occasionally run promotions for 30-minute slots.

Yes. Players must be aged 12 or over to play Electric Darts at Spinners.

No experience is needed. Electric Darts is designed for social players, including complete first-timers.

The screens explain each game as you play, the board handles all the scoring and the easier modes are a great place to start. A seasoned thrower may arrive feeling confident, but that doesn't mean they'll leave with the bragging rights.

Each bay has multiple markers on the floor, so you can choose where you throw from. Pick the distance that suits you, and stick to the same spot for a more consistent throw.

Unfortunately not. Our boards are synced with our own darts, so please leave yours at home. We'll have everything ready for you at your bay.

You won't need any special kit, but we operate a smart casual dress code. Sportswear isn't permitted, including jogging bottoms, team shirts, tracksuits and sports shorts.

Within that, wear something comfortable that allows you to move freely. A relaxed shoulder makes for a better throw. Full details are in our booking terms.
