Four. Play. Drink. and Play. Drink. Eat. run from 4 to 12 people and can be booked online. The Spin packages are for groups of 8 or more and are booked by enquiry: send us your date, rough numbers, the occasion and any budget and the events team will come back with options.
One payment from the organiser, in full and in advance. Your booking isn’t confirmed until payment lands and we’ve sent your confirmation. We don’t split bills across a group.
Yes, with notice in writing to your venue. Group bookings need 14 days’ notice to cancel or reschedule and 7 days’ notice to change numbers. Private hire needs 30 days and 14 days. See our booking terms.
Under-18s are welcome until 7pm with a responsible adult, and every venue is 18+ from 7pm. The last game for under-18s starts at 6pm, and electric darts is 12+.
Smart casual. No sportswear, so no jogging bottoms, team shirts, tracksuits or sports shorts. We run Challenge 25, so bring photo ID for alcohol and for entry after 7pm.
Yes. Every venue offers area hire or full exclusive hire, built around your date, numbers and budget. Tell us what you’re planning and we’ll put together a bespoke package.
By making payment you are acknowledging and accepting our terms and conditions. Please note all bookings must be paid in full, in advance to be classed as confirmed.
For cancellations and amendments to your booking, you should contact the venue via email. We require a minimum notice period of 14 days for full cancellation or to reschedule and 7 days for amendments to group size. Should suitable notice not be provided we will be unable to process a full refund or amend the booking.
Minimum group sizes apply, if numbers reduce group sizes cannot fall below: 13 for groups of 13-35, 35 for groups of 35-50, 50 for groups of 50-100, 100 for groups of 100+.
Bookings made less than 14 days before the scheduled time are non-refundable.
Pre-paid food & drinks are non-refundable including anything unspent/unused.
All postponed/rescheduled bookings are subject to the above conditions based on the original scheduled date. They are no longer eligible for a refund or to be rescheduled further.
In the event of the venue having to shut for any reason, the Venue will have no liability and will return the full amount paid by the purchaser.
In the event of any damage to equipment at Spinners, we reserve the right to charge the cost of repairs.
To maintain a pleasant atmosphere, we do not permit sportswear, including but not limited to jogging bottoms, team shirts, tracksuits, and sports shorts.
Please see venue information regarding Under 18’s at our venues at the time of booking. Under 18s are welcome until 7pm at every venue. Please note that refunds will not be granted if group members at Spinners are unable to provide valid identification.
