Can I bring my pet to Spinners?
Unfortunately our venues are not pet-friendly. As a licensed hospitality venue serving food and drinks, we are not able to accommodate pets inside any of our sites. We know this can be disappointing and we appreciate your understanding.
The good news is that we do make exceptions for assistance dogs, and we consider requests involving emotional support animals on an individual basis.
Do you welcome assistance dogs?
Yes, absolutely and without exception. Formally accredited assistance dogs are always welcome at every Spinners venue.
This includes:
- Guide dogs for blind or visually impaired guests
- Hearing dogs for deaf or hard of hearing guests
- Dogs trained to assist guests with physical disabilities
- Seizure and medical alert dogs
- Autism assistance dogs
- Diabetes alert dogs
- Any other dog trained by an Assistance Dogs UK member organisation
Simply let a member of our team know when you arrive and we will be happy to help.
Please note: Your dog does not need to wear a harness, jacket, or any visible identifier, and you do not need to carry documentation or a certificate. We will never make your entry conditional on either of those things. If any member of our team ever tells you otherwise, please ask to speak to a manager immediately.
Can I bring my emotional support animal?
Emotional support animals do not have the same automatic right of access as formally accredited assistance dogs, but we do not operate a blanket refusal. We consider every request individually and with genuine care for our guests’ needs.
We would always encourage you to get in touch with us before your visit so we can discuss your circumstances and do our best to accommodate you. The earlier you contact us, the better placed we are to make sure everything is right for you on the day.
You do not need to show documentation for your emotional support animal and we will never require it as a condition of entry. What matters to us is understanding how we can best support you.
A note on our approach
We are committed to ensuring every guest, regardless of disability, feels genuinely welcome at Spinners. All of our staff complete disability awareness training and we have a written policy in place covering service animals and emotional support animals across all our venues.
We know we do not always get everything right first time and we are committed to learning and improving. If your experience has not reflected the standard set out here, we want to hear from you.
