We’re reopening on Friday 10 July 2026 after a major six-figure refurbishment, giving our Reading venue a fresh new look, exciting new games and even more reasons to plan your next night out. A Fresh New Look for Reading
Over the past five years, Spinners Reading has become one of the town’s favourite places to meet friends, celebrate birthdays, enjoy date nights and host work socials. To celebrate that milestone, we’ve given the venue the glow up it deserves.
From the moment you walk through the doors, you’ll notice a refreshed interior, redesigned spaces and a new layout that’s been created to make your visit even better. Whether you’re joining us for cocktails, a game or a full evening out, there’s plenty to discover.
Four Brand New Games
As part of the refurbishment, we’ve introduced four fantastic new experiences alongside some exciting upgrades.
Duckpin Bowling
Our classic tenpin bowling has been replaced with Duckpin Bowling. Using smaller balls and shorter pins, it’s quicker to learn, easier to play and perfect for groups of all abilities.
Shuffleboard
We’ve upgraded our previous Bankshot Shuffle to the classic bar-top Shuffleboard that so many people know and love. It’s easy to pick up, surprisingly competitive and ideal for friends, families and work groups.
Electric Boules
A modern twist on the traditional French game, Electric Boules combines strategy, teamwork and fast-paced fun in an interactive setting that’s great for groups.
Interactive Golf
Whether you’re a keen golfer or have never picked up a club before, our new Interactive Golf experience brings immersive technology and exciting challenges together for a brilliant social game.
Upgraded Darts
We’ve also added two brand new electronic darts oches, giving even more people the chance to enjoy one of our most popular games.
And don’t worry – our much-loved Mini Golf course is staying exactly where it is, ready for your next visit.
