By making payment you are acknowledging and accepting our terms and conditions. Please note all bookings must be paid in full, in advance to be classed as confirmed.

For cancellations and amendments to your booking, you should contact the venue via email. We require a minimum notice period of 14 days for full cancellation or to reschedule and 7 days for amendments to group size. Should suitable notice not be provided we will be unable to process a full refund or amend the booking.

Minimum group sizes apply, if numbers reduce group sizes cannot fall below: 13 for groups of 13-35, 35 for groups of 35-50, 50 for groups of 50-100, 100 for groups of 100+.

Bookings made less than 14 days before the scheduled time are non-refundable.

Pre-paid food & drinks are non-refundable including anything unspent/unused.

All postponed/rescheduled bookings are subject to the above conditions based on the original scheduled date. They are no longer eligible for a refund or to be rescheduled further.

In the event of the venue having to shut for any reason, the Venue will have no liability and will return the full amount paid by the purchaser.

 In the event of any damage to equipment at Spinners, we reserve the right to charge the cost of repairs.

To maintain a pleasant atmosphere, we do not permit sportswear, including but not limited to jogging bottoms, team shirts, tracksuits, and sports shorts.

Please see venue information regarding Under 18’s at our venues at the time of booking. Most venues allow under 18’s until 6pm or 7pm. Please note that refunds will not be granted if group members at Spinners are unable to provide valid identification.

Please note for Private Hires, if you wish to cancel or make amendments to your booking you should contact the venue via email.
