HOW TO BOOK

- Book your activity
- Arrive no later than 15 minutes before your booking
- Dress for Cocktails and fun!
- Bookings can be made for up to 12 people. For larger groups, please see our group packages
- Under 18’s are welcome at Spinners until 6pm*
- Cancellation policy: 48 hours
* Under 18’s must be accompanied by a responsible adult, with last bookings at 5pm.
** Please note Darts is OVER 16s ONLY (16-17 year olds must be accompanied by a responsible adult to play darts.) **

CANCELLATION / AMENDMENTS
Please note that all bookings must be paid for in advance to be confirmed. We do take walk-ins (subject to availability), however, the price is slightly higher per person (please see the activity page on our website for full pricing).
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please see below for our cancellation policy:
More than 48 hours before: You are able to move / cancel your booking with no charge.
Less than 48 hours before your booking: Unfortunately we are unable to move or cancel your booking. If you wish to cancel, you will lose the payments made for your booking.

Broad Street Mall Car Park is located directly above us.
We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes before your scheduled activity to ensure you are ready to start at your booked time.
Under 18’s are allowed in the venue until 6pm daily (under supervision of a responsible adult). Last bookings are at 5pm for Under 18’s groups.
You are welcome to arrive as early as you like and stay as long as you like for some cocktails, food and a great ambience.
Yes, we welcome guests to visit us without an activity booking.

Unfortunately we do not accept children’s parties. Children are welcome under parental supervision until 6pm daily.
