- Under 18’s are welcome at Spinners until 7pm*
- Cancellation policy: 48 hours
* Under 18’s must be accompanied by a responsible adult, with last bookings at 6pm.
** Please note Darts is OVER 16s ONLY (16-17 year olds must be accompanied by a responsible adult to play)**
*** Under 18’s are welcome to play Clayshot before 7pm as long as they are accompanied by a responsible adult.***

CANCELLATION / AMENDMENTS
Please note that all bookings must be paid for in advance to be confirmed. We do take walk-ins (subject to availability), however, the price is slightly higher per person (please see the activity page on our website for full pricing).
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please see below for our cancellation policy:
More than 48 hours before: You are able to move / cancel your booking with no charge.
Less than 48 hours before your booking: Unfortunately we are unable to move or cancel your booking. If you wish to cancel, you will lose the payments made for your booking.

FAQS
The Barcode Car Park is located directly next to us.
We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes before your scheduled activity to ensure you are ready to start at your booked time.
Under 18’s are only permitted to participate in Duckpin Bowling, and until 6pm daily (under supervision of a responsible adult). Last bookings are at 5pm.
Clayshot and Darts are unfortunately not suitable for under 18’s and ID will be required should you be fortunate enough to look under 18.
You are welcome to arrive as early as you like and stay as long as you like for some cocktails, food and a great ambience.
Yes, we welcome guests to visit us without an activity booking.
Please see our groups page for information on packages and submit a form – one of our events team will be in touch to book you in.
Unfortunately we do not accept children’s parties. Children are welcome under parental supervision until 6pm daily.
