GENERAL TERMS
BACKGROUND
These terms and conditions (“Conditions”), together with any other documents referred to within them, set out the terms on which you can book and attend activities, games, hospitality services and ancillary services (“Services”) at Spinners UK venues.
Please read these Conditions carefully and ensure that you understand them. These Conditions may have changed since you last reviewed them. By making a booking, you are agreeing to be bound by these Conditions.
1. INFORMATION ABOUT US
Spinners UK is operated by Spinners Group Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 13966525, with its registered office at:
27 Old Gloucester Street, London, England, WC1N 3AX
Venue Contracting Entities
Bookings are made with the legal entity operating the relevant venue:

The Conditions apply to Services provided by the relevant venue operator (“we”, “us”, “our”).
2. APPLICATION OF TERMS
These Conditions apply to:
- all consumer bookings;
- all group bookings; and
- all business or corporate bookings.
Where a booking increases to thirteen (13) or more guests, or where bookings of up to sixteen (16) guests are made online (where available), the booking will be subject to the Group Booking Policy, regardless of how the booking was originally made.
3. THIS IS HOW OUR CONTRACT WITH YOU IS FORMED
3.1 Your offer
A completed booking (whether made online or otherwise) is an offer by you to purchase the Services from us. You are responsible for ensuring that your booking is complete and accurate.
3.2 Our acceptance
Your booking will only be confirmed once:
- payment has been received; and
- a confirmation has been issued.
At this point, a binding contract (“Contract”) will come into existence.
4. SUPPLY OF SERVICES
4.1 Reasonable care
We will provide the Services using reasonable care and skill.
4.2 Changes to Services
We may amend the Services:
- to comply with applicable law or regulatory requirements; or
- to make minor operational changes that do not materially affect the experience.
4.3 Suspension
We may suspend or alter Services to:
- deal with technical or operational issues;
- ensure safety; or
- comply with legal or regulatory obligations.
5. BOOKINGS, PAYMENT AND ATTENDANCE
5.1 Prepayment
All bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5.2 Arrival
Guests should arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their scheduled booking time.
5.3 Lateness
Late arrival may result in:
- reduced activity time; or
- cancellation without refund.
We cannot guarantee accommodation of late arrivals, particularly during busy periods.
5.4 Non-attendance
Failure to attend a booking will result in loss of all payments made.
5.5 Booking restrictions
Bookings may not be resold, transferred for commercial gain, or otherwise exploited. Any breach may result in cancellation without refund and refusal of entry.
6. FOOD AND DRINK
6.1 Inclusion
Food and drink are not included unless expressly stated.
6.2 External items
No food or drink may be brought onto the premises unless agreed in writing.
6.3 Prepaid items
All pre-paid food and drink items are non-refundable, including any unused or unredeemed items.
6.4 Allergens
Food is prepared in environments where allergens are present. We cannot guarantee the absence of allergens. Guests must inform staff of any allergies prior to ordering.
7. CANCELLATION POLICY (CONSUMER BOOKINGS UNDER 13 GUESTS)
- A 100% cancellation charge applies within 48 hours of the booking time.
- Bookings cannot be postponed within 48 hours.
- Rescheduled bookings are not eligible for refunds or further changes.
- All bookings remain subject to their original terms.
8. YOUR OBLIGATIONS
For the purposes of these Conditions, a “Guest” includes all persons attending your booking.
You are responsible for ensuring that all Guests:
8.1 Cooperation
Cooperate with us in all matters relating to the Services and follow all instructions provided by staff.
8.2 Compliance
Comply with all applicable laws, venue rules, safety requirements and any instructions provided on-site.
8.3 Behaviour
Treat staff and other guests with respect. Aggressive, abusive or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal without refund.
8.4 Age and ID
Meet all age requirements and provide valid identification where requested.
8.5 Responsible participation
Drink and participate responsibly. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any Guest whose behaviour presents a risk to themselves or others.
8.6 Damage
Do not damage any equipment, fixtures or property. You will be liable for any damage caused.
8.7 Property and equipment
Do not remove, tamper with, misuse or attempt to take from the premises any equipment, gaming apparatus, furnishings or other property belonging to Spinners.
Any attempt to remove property from the premises may result in:
- immediate removal from the venue;
- cancellation of the booking without refund; and
- charges for replacement and/or further legal action.
8.8 Personal belongings
Take responsibility for personal belongings. We are not liable for loss or damage.
8.9 Cloakroom use
Cloakroom facilities are used at your own risk. Lost tickets may result in delayed return of items.
8.10 Assumption of risk
You acknowledge that participation in activities involves inherent risks and agree to take part at your own risk, except where caused by our negligence.
8.11 Prohibited items
Do not bring prohibited or dangerous items into the venue.
9. AGE RESTRICTIONS
- Age restrictions vary by venue and activity.
- Darts is restricted to participants aged 12 and over.
- Most venues operate an 18+ policy from 6pm or 7pm onwards.
- Reading operates an 18+ policy from 6pm onwards.
- Solihull, Plymouth and Chester operate an 18+ policy from 7pm onwards.
- Valid photographic ID may be required.
- Failure to provide ID may result in refusal of entry without refund.
10. DRESS CODE
We reserve the right to refuse entry to guests not complying with our dress code, including sportswear, tracksuits and similar attire.
11. DAMAGE AND LIABILITY
11.1 Damage
We reserve the right to charge for repair or replacement of any damaged property.
11.2 Losses
Our liability is limited to 100% of the booking value paid.
11.3 Non-excludable liability
Nothing in these Conditions excludes liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by negligence;
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
- any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
12. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
We are not responsible for delays or failure caused by events outside our control.
If the venue is required to close, our liability is limited to refunding the amount paid. We are not responsible for additional losses.
13. GENERAL
13.1 Changes to the Contract must be agreed in writing.
13.2 If we delay enforcement, we may still enforce our rights later.
13.3 If part of these Conditions is invalid, the remainder will still apply.
13.4 These Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
13.5 The courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction.
GROUP BOOKING TERMS
These terms and conditions (“Conditions”), together with any documents referred to within them, set out the terms on which you may purchase and participate in experiences, games, and services provided by Spinners UK as part of a group booking. Booking for a bigger group takes a bit more planning on both sides — when thirteen or more of you come to Spinners, we’re setting aside games, seating and kitchen time specifically for your party, so the Conditions below cover how payment, final numbers, amendments and cancellations work for larger bookings. They apply automatically to any booking of thirteen or more guests, whether it started that size or grew, and to bookings of up to sixteen made online where that’s available. They sit alongside our standard booking terms, and where the two differ, this policy takes precedence. By making a Booking or payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Conditions. If anything isn’t clear, just ask — we’d far rather answer a question than sort out a misunderstanding on the day.
This Group Booking Policy sets out the terms applicable to bookings made for larger groups at Spinners UK.
This policy applies to:
- Group bookings of thirteen (13) or more guests; and
- Any booking made for a group where enhanced booking, payment, or operational requirements apply.
This policy should be read alongside Spinners UK’s standard Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict, this Group Booking Policy will take precedence for group bookings.
By making any payment toward a group booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full.
A Group Booking is defined as:
- Any booking for thirteen (13) or more guests; or
- Any booking made by businesses, corporate organisations, or for events, which may be treated as a group booking at our discretion regardless of size.
3.1 Bookings may be made via:
- Our website;
- Our events team; or
- Approved booking channels.
3.2 For certain locations and activities, bookings of up to sixteen (16) guests may be made directly via our website. However, such bookings will still be subject to the terms set out in this Group Booking Policy where applicable.
3.3 Any booking that reaches or exceeds thirteen (13) guests, whether made initially or increased after booking, will automatically be classified as a Group Booking and will be subject to this Group Booking Policy in full.
3.4 A booking is only confirmed once:
- We have accepted the booking; and
- Full payment has been received in advance.
3.5 We reserve the right to refuse or limit bookings based on availability, capacity, or operational considerations.
4.1 Full payment is required in advance for all group bookings. Bookings will not be considered confirmed until payment has been received.
4.2 All payments made are non-refundable, except where explicitly stated otherwise in this policy.
4.3 Pre-paid food and drink packages are:
- Non-refundable; and
- Non-transferable, including any unspent or unused portions.
4.4 Failure to complete payment within required timeframes may result in cancellation of the booking without liability.
5.1 Final guest numbers must be confirmed in advance, as specified at the time of booking.
5.2 We will use reasonable endeavours to accommodate increases in group size but cannot guarantee availability.
5.3 Reductions in guest numbers:
- Must be requested at least 7 days prior to the booking date;
- May not be eligible for a refund; and
- May still be charged at the originally confirmed number if notice is not provided.
5.4 Minimum spend or minimum group size requirements may apply.
6.1 All changes must be requested in writing via:

6.2 Notice Periods:
- 14 days’ notice is required for:
- Full cancellations; or
- Rescheduling bookings
- 7 days’ notice is required for:
- Amendments to group size
6.3 If sufficient notice is not provided:
- We reserve the right to refuse amendments; and
- No refund (full or partial) will be issued.
6.4 Bookings made less than 14 days before the scheduled date are strictly non-refundable.
6.5 If a booking is cancelled:
- All payments, including deposits and prepayments, are non-refundable;
- At our discretion, we may offer a rescheduled date or credit.
6.6 Rescheduled bookings:
- Remain subject to the original booking date conditions;
- Are not eligible for further rescheduling or refunds.
6.7 Failure to attend a booking (“no-show”) will result in:
- Full forfeiture of all payments;
- No refund or rescheduling.
7.1 Guests are expected to arrive on time.
7.2 Late arrivals may result in:
- Reduced activity time; or
- Cancellation without refund.
7.3 For larger groups:
- Staggered arrival or check-in procedures may be required.
8.1 Food and drink are not included unless confirmed.
8.2 Pre-orders may be required and must be submitted in advance.
8.3 Dietary and allergen requirements must be provided ahead of time. While care is taken, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
8.4 No outside food or drink is permitted unless agreed in writing.
9.1 The booking holder is responsible for:
- All guests within the group; and
- Ensuring compliance with venue rules and policies.
9.2 All guests must:
- Behave responsibly and respectfully;
- Follow staff instructions;
- Comply with health and safety requirements.
9.3 We reserve the right to:
- Refuse entry; or
- Remove any guest behaving in an unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate manner.
No refund will be provided in such cases.
9.4 Dress Code:
To maintain a suitable venue environment, we do not permit sportswear, including but not limited to:
- Jogging bottoms;
- Team shirts;
- Tracksuits;
- Sports shorts.
10. AGE RESTRICTIONS
10.1 Certain activities and areas are subject to age restrictions.
10.2 Where applicable:
- Valid ID may be required;
- Under 18s must be supervised by a responsible adult.
10.3 Most venues allow under 18s until approximately 6pm or 7pm, depending on location.
- Reading operates an 18+ policy from 6pm onwards.
- Solihull, Plymouth and Chester operate an 18+ policy from 7pm onwards.
10.4 We operate an 18+ policy after certain times, as communicated at booking.
- Reading operates an 18+ policy from 6pm onwards.
- Solihull, Plymouth and Chester operate an 18+ policy from 7pm onwards.
10.5 No refunds will be provided if guests cannot provide valid identification.
11.1 The booking holder is responsible for any damage caused by their group to:
- Equipment;
- Facilities; or
- Property.
11.2 We reserve the right to charge for:
- Repairs; or
- Replacement costs.
11.3 Personal belongings are brought onto the premises at the owner’s risk.
We are not liable for failure or delay due to events outside our reasonable control, including:
- Technical failures;
- Supply issues;
- Force majeure events.
In the event the venue is required to close for any reason:
- We will refund the full amount paid;
- No further liability will be accepted.
We reserve the right to:
- Amend bookings for operational reasons;
- Relocate or adjust group allocations;
- Cancel bookings for safety, legal, or operational reasons.
Where we cancel a booking, we will offer:
- A full refund; or
- An alternative date where appropriate.
15.1 This policy forms part of your contract with Spinners UK.
15.2 All group bookings remain subject to Spinners UK’s full Terms & Conditions.
15.3 We may update this policy from time to time. The version in force at the time of booking will apply.
BUSINESS TERMS
These terms and conditions (“Conditions”), together with any documents referred to within them, set out the terms on which you may purchase and participate in experiences, games, and services provided by Spinners UK as a business or organisation — team socials, client entertaining, away days, Christmas parties and private hire. They cover the things that matter when you’re booking on behalf of a company rather than as an individual: how the contract is formed, charges and VAT, payment and invoicing, when we need your final numbers and dietary requirements, and the notice periods for amendments, cancellations and rescheduling. Private hire bookings are subject to longer notice periods, which are set out separately below. By making a Booking or payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking, as they form the basis of our agreement with you.

In these Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires:
“Booking” means a reservation made by the Customer and accepted by Spinners UK for the provision of Services;
“Booking Form” means any booking confirmation, invoice, online checkout, or written agreement setting out the details of the Booking;
“Business Day” means any day other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in England;
“Charges” means all amounts payable by the Customer as set out in the Booking Form;
“Contract” means the agreement between Spinners UK and the Customer incorporating these Conditions and the Booking Form;
“Customer” means the individual or organisation making the Booking;
“Deposit” means any advance payment required to secure a Booking;
“Event Date” means the date of the Booking;
“Guests” means all persons attending or participating under the Booking;
“Services” means all games, experiences, activities (including darts), hospitality, food and beverage services, and any ancillary services provided by Spinners UK;
“Site” means any premises operated or used by Spinners UK in connection with the Services.

3.1 A Booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.2 By making payment, the Customer acknowledges and accepts these Conditions.
3.3 A Contract is formed only when Spinners UK confirms acceptance of the Booking.
3.4 All Bookings are subject to availability and operational requirements.
4. SUPPLY OF SERVICES
4.1 Spinners UK shall provide the Services with reasonable care and skill.
4.2 We reserve the right to make changes to the Services where necessary to:
(a) comply with law or regulation; or
(b) improve the experience, provided this does not materially reduce its quality.
4.3 We may suspend Services for operational, safety, or technical reasons.
4.4 Timings are approximate and may vary due to operational requirements.
4.5 Unless expressly stated, food and beverages are not included and may not be brought onto the Site.
4.6 Bookings may not be resold or transferred for commercial gain.
5.1 Guest numbers must be confirmed at least 21 days before the Event Date unless otherwise agreed.
5.2 Increases in guest numbers are subject to availability. Reductions in guest numbers will not entitle the Customer to a refund.
5.3 Food, drink, and dietary requirements must be submitted in advance where applicable.
5.4 Decorations or external suppliers require prior written approval.
5.5 A discretionary service charge may be applied.
5.6 Dress Code
A smart casual dress code applies. Spinners UK reserves the right to refuse entry to Guests wearing inappropriate attire, including sportswear such as jogging bottoms, team shirts, tracksuits, and sports shorts.
5.7 Age Restrictions
Age restrictions vary by venue and session and will be communicated at the time of booking or on our website.
- Guests under 18 may only be permitted during specified hours.
- Reading operates an 18+ policy from 6pm onwards.
- Solihull, Plymouth and Chester operate an 18+ policy from 7pm onwards.
- Darts activities are restricted to Guests aged 12 and over.
6.1 The Customer shall ensure all information provided is accurate.
6.2 The Customer shall ensure that all Guests:
- provide valid identification if requested;
- comply with all venue rules and staff instructions;
- behave responsibly and respectfully;
- do not damage equipment or property;
- consume alcohol responsibly;
6.3 Damage to Property
Spinners UK reserves the right to charge the Customer for the cost of repair or replacement of any equipment or property damaged by the Customer or their Guests.
6.4 Spinners UK reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any Guest without refund where necessary for safety, legal, or operational reasons.
6.5 Refunds will not be granted where entry is refused due to failure to provide valid identification or failure to comply with these Conditions.
7.1 All Bookings must be paid in full in advance to be confirmed unless otherwise agreed.
7.2 Deposits and payments are non-refundable except where expressly stated in these Conditions or at our discretion.
7.3 Pre-paid food and beverages are non-refundable, including any unused or unspent amounts.
7.4 All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
7.5 Late payments may incur interest at 4% above the Bank of England base rate.
8. CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENTS
8.1 All cancellations or amendments must be requested in writing via [email protected].
8.2 Cancellation Policy
- A minimum of 14 days’ notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling.
- Bookings cancelled with less than 14 days’ notice are non-refundable.
- Bookings made within 14 days of the Event Date are non-refundable.
8.3 Amendments
- A minimum of 7 days’ notice is required to amend group size.
- Amendments are subject to availability.
- Reductions in group size will not result in refunds.
8.4 Rescheduled Bookings
Rescheduled bookings remain subject to the original booking date conditions. Further rescheduling or refunds may be permitted at the sole discretion of Spinners UK.
9.1 The following terms apply to private hire bookings:
- A minimum of 30 days’ notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling.
- A minimum of 14 days’ notice is required for amendments to group size.
- Bookings made within 30 days of the Event Date are non-refundable.
9.2 Where sufficient notice is not provided, no refund or amendment will be permitted unless at the discretion of Spinners UK.
10.1 Spinners UK may cancel a Booking where the Customer breaches these Conditions.
10.2 Spinners UK may cancel for operational reasons and will provide a full refund of amounts paid.
10.3 Venue Closure
In the event that the venue is required to close due to circumstances beyond our control, our liability shall be limited to the refund of any payments made for the affected booking.
We shall not be liable for any additional costs, losses or expenses incurred.
All intellectual property rights in the Services and related materials remain the property of Spinners UK.
Both parties shall comply with applicable UK data protection laws.
13.1 Participation in games and experiences may involve physical activity, lighting effects, and interactive environments. Guests participate at their own risk.
13.2 Guests must inform staff of any relevant medical conditions.
13.3 Food is prepared in environments where allergens are present; cross-contamination cannot be guaranteed to be avoided.
14.1 Nothing in these Conditions excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
14.2 Subject to clause 14.1, Spinners UK’s total liability shall not exceed the total Charges paid.
14.3 Spinners UK shall not be liable for:
(a) loss of profit, business, or revenue;
(b) loss of data;
(c) indirect or consequential loss.
14.4 Guests are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.
15.1 Spinners UK shall not be liable for failure to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control.
15.2 This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties.
15.3 Any variation must be agreed in writing.
15.4 Failure to enforce any right shall not constitute a waiver.
15.5 If any provision is invalid, the remainder shall remain in effect.
15.6 Notices must be given in writing to [email protected] or the address provided in the Booking Form.
15.7 No third party shall have rights under this Contract.
15.8 These Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
15.9 The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
CHRISTMAS EVENT TERMS
These terms and conditions (“Christmas Terms”), together with any documents referred to within them, set out the terms on which you may purchase and participate in experiences, games, and services provided by Spinners UK during the festive period. Christmas is our busiest time of year, and festive dates get booked up well in advance — because we’re holding an entire session for your party, the Christmas Terms set out slightly longer notice periods than our standard bookings, including when payment is due, when we need your final numbers and dietary requirements, and how far ahead changes and cancellations need to be made. They apply to any booking taking place between 1 November 2026 and 13 January 2027, and take precedence over our standard Terms & Conditions and Group Booking Policy for those dates. By making a Booking or payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Christmas Terms. Getting your details to us on time means we can give your group the Christmas party they turned up for.

References to “we”, “us” and “our” are to the relevant venue operator.
1.1 These Christmas Terms apply to any booking for an event taking place between 16 November 2026 and 13 January 2027 inclusive, including:
- Christmas party bookings;
- festive packages and set menus;
- group and corporate festive bookings; and
- exclusive and private hire bookings during that period.
1.2 These Christmas Terms apply to consumer, group, business and corporate bookings alike, save where a clause expressly states otherwise.
1.3 All bookings are subject to availability, capacity and operational requirements. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any booking.
2.1 A completed booking request is an offer by you to purchase the Services from us. You are responsible for ensuring that the details of your booking are complete and accurate.
2.2 Your booking is only confirmed once:
- payment has been received in accordance with clause 3; and
- we have issued a written booking confirmation.
At that point a binding contract comes into existence.
2.3 We do not hold, reserve or provisionally pencil in dates. Dates and times remain available to other customers until a booking is confirmed under clause 2.2.
2.4 Where a booking reaches or exceeds thirteen (13) guests, whether at the time of booking or through a later increase, it will be treated as a group booking and remain subject to our Group Booking Policy in addition to these Christmas Terms.
3.1 Full payment is the default. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, full payment is required at the time of booking and the booking will not be confirmed until it has been received.
3.2 Deposits are at our discretion. We may, entirely at our discretion and where agreed in writing in advance, accept a deposit in place of full payment. There is no entitlement to pay by deposit, and the availability of a deposit arrangement for one booking does not entitle you to the same arrangement for any other booking.
3.3 Deposit amount. Where a deposit arrangement is agreed, the amount of the deposit will be confirmed by us in writing at the time of booking and is payable immediately. The booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
3.4 Balance payment. Where a deposit has been paid, the remaining balance must be received no later than three (3) months before the event date.
3.5 Bookings made within three months of the event date. Where a booking is made less than three (3) months before the event date, full payment is required at the time of booking and no deposit arrangement will be available.
3.6 Deposits are non-refundable. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where clause 6 (Cancellation by us) applies.
3.7 Failure to pay on time. If the balance is not received by the deadline in clause 3.4, we reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled by you, to release the date and to retain the deposit in full, without further liability to you.
3.8 Pre-paid items. All pre-paid food and drink items, including festive packages and set menus, are non-refundable and non-transferable, including any unused, unspent or unredeemed portion.
3.9 Prices. Prices for business and corporate bookings are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. A discretionary service charge may be applied. Late payment of any sum due may incur interest at 4% above the Bank of England base rate.
4.1 Confirmed numbers. The number of guests confirmed at the point of booking, or as amended in accordance with clause 5, is the number you will be charged for.
4.2 Adding guests. Additional guests may be added up to fourteen (14) days before the event date, subject to availability and capacity. Additions must be requested in writing and are not confirmed until we have accepted them and payment for the additional guests has been received in full. We are unable to accept additional guests within fourteen (14) days of the event date.
4.3 Reducing numbers. Reductions in guest numbers must be requested in writing at least fourteen (14) days before the event date and are subject to clause 5.
4.4 No-shows and reduced attendance. Where fewer guests attend than the number confirmed, no refund or credit will be given and the booking will be charged at the confirmed number.
4.5 Minimum numbers. Minimum guest numbers and minimum spend requirements may apply to certain packages, dates and areas, and will be confirmed at the time of booking.
5.1 All cancellations, amendments and rescheduling requests must be made in writing to the relevant venue email address set out above. Requests are only effective once we have acknowledged them in writing.
5.2 Cancellation — one (1) month’s notice.
- Cancellation requires a minimum of one (1) month’s (30 days’) written notice before the event date.
- Where that notice is given, any sums paid will be refunded, less any deposit paid. Deposits are non-refundable in all circumstances except where clause 6 (Cancellation by us) applies.
- Cancellations made with less than one (1) month’s notice are non-refundable in full, and all sums paid or payable remain due.
- Bookings made within one (1) month of the event date are strictly non-refundable.
5.3 Amendments — fourteen (14) days’ notice.
- All amendments to a confirmed booking — including additions to and reductions in guest numbers, changes to timings, package changes, and changes to the games or areas booked — require a minimum of fourteen (14) days’ written notice before the event date.
- All amendments are subject to availability and our written acceptance.
- Reductions in guest numbers will not result in a refund of sums already paid.
- We reserve the right to refuse any amendment requested with less than fourteen (14) days’ notice.
- This includes the addition of guests, which is subject to the same fourteen (14) day deadline and to clause 4.2.
6.1 We may cancel a booking where you are in breach of these Christmas Terms, in which case no refund will be due.
6.2 We may cancel or amend a booking for operational, safety or legal reasons. Where we do so, we will offer you either a full refund of all sums paid, including any deposit, or an alternative date where one is available.
6.3 Venue closure. If the venue is required to close for any reason, our liability is limited to a refund of the sums paid for the affected booking. We are not liable for any additional costs, losses or expenses.
6.4 Events outside our control. We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control.
7.1 Pre-orders. Where a festive package or set menu applies, food pre-orders must be submitted in writing no later than fourteen (14) days before the event date. Where a pre-order is not received by that deadline, we reserve the right to allocate menu choices at our discretion.
7.2 Dietary and allergen information. All dietary requirements and allergen information must be provided in writing at least fourteen (14) days (two weeks) before the event date. The booking holder is responsible for collecting this information from their guests and providing it to us in full.
7.3 Late notification. Where dietary or allergen information is received after the deadline in clause 7.2, we will use reasonable endeavours to accommodate it but cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so. No refund will be given where we are unable to accommodate a late-notified requirement.
7.4 Added guests. Where guests are added under clause 4.2, their dietary and allergen requirements must be provided in writing at the point of adding them.
7.5 Allergens. Our food is prepared in environments where allergens are present and we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment or the absence of cross-contamination. Guests must also inform staff of any allergies on arrival and before ordering.
7.6 External food and drink. No food or drink may be brought onto the premises unless agreed by us in writing. This includes celebration cakes, which require prior written approval.
7.7 Decorations and suppliers. Decorations, entertainment and external suppliers require our prior written approval.
8.1 Guests should arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled booking time.
8.2 Session and activity times are fixed and allocated in advance. Late arrival may result in reduced activity time or cancellation of the booking without refund.
8.3 During the festive period we operate to tight session timings and cannot guarantee that late arrivals will be accommodated.
8.4 For larger groups, staggered arrival or check-in procedures may be required.
9.1 The booking holder is responsible for all guests attending under the booking and for ensuring they comply with these Christmas Terms and all venue rules.
9.2 All guests must cooperate with staff, follow all instructions and safety requirements, behave responsibly and respectfully, and drink responsibly.
9.3 We reserve the right to refuse entry to, or remove, any guest whose behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, abusive or inappropriate. No refund will be given in these circumstances.
9.4 Dress code. A smart casual dress code applies. We reserve the right to refuse entry to guests wearing sportswear, including jogging bottoms, team shirts, tracksuits and sports shorts.
9.5 Age restrictions.
- Darts is restricted to participants aged 12 and over.
- Reading operates an 18+ policy from 6pm onwards.
- Solihull, Plymouth and Chester operate an 18+ policy from 7pm onwards.
- Alcohol is served only to guests aged 18 and over. We operate a Challenge 25 policy and valid photographic ID may be required.
- No refund will be given where a guest is refused entry or service for failure to provide valid identification.
9.6 Property and belongings. Guests must not damage, remove or tamper with any equipment, fixtures or property. The booking holder is liable for the cost of repair or replacement of any damage caused by their group. Personal belongings are brought onto the premises at the owner’s risk, and cloakroom facilities are used at your own risk.
9.7 Resale. Bookings may not be resold or transferred for commercial gain.
10.1 We will provide the Services with reasonable care and skill.
10.2 Participation in our activities involves inherent risks and guests take part at their own risk, except where loss is caused by our negligence.
10.3 Subject to clause 10.4, our total liability is limited to the total sums paid for the booking. We are not liable for loss of profit, business or revenue, or for indirect or consequential loss.
10.4 Nothing in these Christmas Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11.1 These Christmas Terms form part of your contract with us and should be read alongside Spinners UK’s standard Terms & Conditions and Group Booking Policy.
11.2 Any variation to a confirmed booking must be agreed in writing.
11.3 If we delay enforcing any right, we may still enforce it later.
11.4 If any provision of these Christmas Terms is found to be invalid, the remainder will continue to apply.
11.5 No third party has rights under this contract.
11.6 These Christmas Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
GIFT VOUCHERS
These terms and conditions (“Voucher Terms“) set out the terms on which Spinners gift vouchers are purchased and redeemed. They apply to all gift vouchers issued by Spinners UK, however purchased.
A gift voucher is a prepayment towards a future booking, not a booking in itself. Buying a voucher does not reserve a date, time, game or table. The Voucher Terms sit alongside our standard Terms & Conditions, which apply in full to any booking made using a voucher. Where these Voucher Terms conflict with our standard Terms & Conditions in relation to a voucher, these Voucher Terms take precedence.
By purchasing, accepting or redeeming a Spinners gift voucher, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Voucher Terms.

1.1 In these Voucher Terms:
- “Voucher” means a Spinners gift voucher issued by us;
- “Purchaser” means the person who buys the Voucher;
- “Holder” means the person in possession of the Voucher and seeking to redeem it;
- “Issuing Venue” means the Spinners venue for which the Voucher was purchased;
- “Booking” has the meaning given in our standard Terms & Conditions.
1.2 References to “we”, “us” and “our” are to the legal entity operating the Issuing Venue, as set out in our standard Terms & Conditions.
2.1 Vouchers are purchased online through our official booking channels.
2.2 Vouchers are issued digitally and sent by email to the address provided at the point of purchase. It is the Purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that the email address supplied is accurate and correctly spelled. We are not responsible for Vouchers that fail to arrive because incorrect delivery details were provided.
2.3 Each Voucher carries a unique code. That code is required in order to redeem the Voucher.
2.4 Vouchers are issued for the monetary value selected at the point of purchase. Vouchers do not entitle the Holder to any specific game, package, session, food or drink item, and do not guarantee availability.
2.5 Vouchers are not credit cards, charge cards, debit cards or electronic money, and no interest is payable on any unused balance.
3.1 Vouchers are valid only at the Issuing Venue. A Voucher purchased for one Spinners venue cannot be redeemed at any other Spinners venue.
3.2 Vouchers may be redeemed against games, activities and pre-booked food and drink packages available through our online booking system at the Issuing Venue, subject to availability and to clause 4.
3.3 Where a venue closes permanently or a Voucher cannot be redeemed at the Issuing Venue for reasons within our control, we will use reasonable endeavours to arrange an alternative, but are not obliged to transfer a Voucher to another venue.
4.1 Online bookings in advance only. Vouchers may only be redeemed against bookings made online and in advance through our official booking channels. Vouchers cannot be redeemed in venue, at the bar, at the till, over the telephone or against a walk-in visit.
4.2 One Voucher per booking. Only one Voucher may be used per booking. Vouchers cannot be combined, aggregated, split across multiple bookings or used alongside another Voucher on the same booking.
4.3 Not valid on corporate or business bookings. Vouchers may not be redeemed against any business, corporate or private hire booking, including team socials, client entertaining, away days, corporate Christmas parties and exclusive hire, and may not be redeemed against any booking governed by our Business Terms. This applies regardless of who purchased the Voucher.
4.4 The Voucher code must be entered at the time of booking. Vouchers cannot be applied retrospectively to a booking that has already been made or paid for, and cannot be used to obtain a refund or partial refund against an existing booking.
4.5 Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, offer or package unless we expressly state otherwise.
4.6 Where the value of the booking exceeds the value of the Voucher, the balance must be paid in full at the time of booking by another accepted payment method.
4.7 Part-redemption. Where the value of the booking is less than the value of the Voucher, the unused balance will remain on the Voucher and may be redeemed against a further booking, subject to these Voucher Terms and provided the booking takes place on or before the expiry date set out in clause 5.1. Clause 4.2 continues to apply, so a partially redeemed Voucher may be used on a later booking but not alongside another Voucher. No cash, change or refund will be given in respect of any unused balance.
4.8 Vouchers have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be used to purchase another Voucher.
4.9 Redemption is subject to availability. We do not guarantee that any particular date, time, session, game or package will be available, and Holders are advised to book well in advance, particularly at weekends and during the festive period.
5.1 Vouchers are valid for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. The expiry date applies to the Voucher as a whole, including any unused balance remaining after a part-redemption under clause 4.7.
5.2 A Voucher must be redeemed against a booking taking place on or before the expiry date. It is not sufficient for the booking to be made before the expiry date if the visit itself falls after it.
5.3 Expired Vouchers cannot be used, extended or exchanged, and any remaining value will be forfeited. We may, entirely at our discretion, choose to honour or extend an expired Voucher, but we are under no obligation to do so and any such decision in one case does not create an entitlement in any other.
6.1 Statutory cancellation right. Where a Voucher is purchased online by a consumer, the Purchaser has the right to cancel the purchase and receive a full refund within fourteen (14) days of the date the Voucher is issued, provided the Voucher has not been redeemed in whole or in part. To cancel, contact the Issuing Venue in writing at the email address set out in our standard Terms & Conditions.
6.2 Outside the period described in clause 6.1, Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged.
6.3 Vouchers purchased by a business or organisation are non-refundable, except where clause 6.5 applies.
6.4 Once a Voucher has been redeemed against a booking, the booking is subject in full to the cancellation, amendment and refund provisions of our standard Terms & Conditions, our Group Booking Policy or our Christmas Event Terms, as applicable.
6.5 Where a booking made using a Voucher is cancelled by us for operational, safety or legal reasons, we will reinstate the Voucher for its redeemed value, or issue a replacement Voucher of equivalent value, with an expiry date no earlier than the original.
6.6 Where a booking made using a Voucher is cancelled by the Holder, or the Holder fails to attend, the Voucher will be treated as spent to the value applied to that booking in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy, and will not be reinstated.
7.1 Vouchers are transferable as gifts. The Purchaser may pass a Voucher to another person, and the Holder does not need to be the Purchaser in order to redeem it.
7.2 Vouchers may not be resold, offered for sale, traded, auctioned, or transferred for commercial gain, whether through online marketplaces, secondary ticketing platforms or otherwise. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any Voucher we reasonably believe has been resold or obtained in breach of this clause, without refund.
7.3 Vouchers must not be copied, reproduced, altered, tampered with or defaced. A Voucher that has been altered or that we reasonably believe to be fraudulent will not be honoured.
7.4 Vouchers are treated as cash. We are not responsible for Vouchers that are lost, stolen, deleted, damaged or destroyed, and we are not obliged to replace them.
7.5 We reserve the right to cancel any Voucher, without refund, where we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse, or breach of these Voucher Terms.
7.6 Where a Voucher code is used to make a booking, we are entitled to assume that the person using it is authorised to do so. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of a Voucher code.
8.1 All bookings made using a Voucher remain subject in full to our standard Terms & Conditions, including those relating to payment, arrival times, late arrival, non-attendance, age restrictions, dress code, conduct and liability.
8.2 Where a booking made using a Voucher reaches or exceeds thirteen (13) guests, our Group Booking Policy applies in addition. Vouchers may only be redeemed against such a booking where the booking is made online in accordance with clause 4.1.
8.3 Where a booking made using a Voucher takes place during the festive period, our Christmas Event Terms apply and take precedence for those dates. Clause 4.3 continues to apply, and Vouchers may not be redeemed against corporate festive bookings.
8.4 Age restrictions apply and vary by venue and activity. A Voucher does not override any age restriction, and no refund or reinstatement will be given where a Holder or their guests are refused entry or service for failure to meet an age requirement or provide valid identification.
9.1 Businesses and organisations may purchase Vouchers, including in bulk, for use as staff rewards, incentives, customer gestures or gifts.
9.2 Vouchers purchased by a business or organisation remain subject to these Voucher Terms in full. In particular, clause 4.2 applies, so Vouchers may not be pooled or combined across a single booking, and clause 4.3 applies, so Vouchers may not be redeemed against any business, corporate or private hire booking.
9.3 Vouchers purchased in bulk may be subject to additional terms agreed in writing at the point of purchase.
9.4 We reserve the right to refuse bulk Voucher orders at our discretion.
10.1 Vouchers issued free of charge — including competition prizes, goodwill gestures and promotional Vouchers — may be subject to different terms, which will be communicated at the time of issue.
10.2 Unless stated otherwise, promotional and complimentary Vouchers are non-refundable, have no cash value, cannot be exchanged, and are subject to these Voucher Terms in all other respects.
11.1 These Voucher Terms form part of your contract with us and should be read alongside our standard Terms & Conditions.
11.2 We may update these Voucher Terms from time to time. The version in force at the date a Voucher is purchased will apply to that Voucher.
11.3 Nothing in these Voucher Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
11.4 If any provision of these Voucher Terms is found to be invalid, the remainder will continue to apply.
11.5 No third party has rights under this contract, save that a Holder who is not the Purchaser may redeem a Voucher in accordance with clause 4.

PROMOTIONS
The following promotion-specific terms apply in addition to the above Conditions. In the event of any conflict, these promotion terms will prevail to the extent of that conflict.

1. The Promoter
The Promotion is operated by the Spinners UK company that operates the venue named on the Card (“the Promoter”, “Spinners UK”). All four companies share a registered office at Venture House, Downshire Way, Bracknell, Berkshire, RG12 1WA.

By scratching or presenting a Card, the holder accepts these Terms & Conditions in full.
2. Promotional period
The Promotion runs from 1 October 2026 to 30 November 2026 inclusive.
All Cards expire at close of business on 30 November 2026, regardless of the date of issue. The expiry date is printed on the Card.
Cards presented after the expiry date will not be accepted, replaced or extended.
3. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged eighteen (18) or over.
Guests under eighteen (18) may be included within a group claiming a prize, provided they are accompanied by a responsible adult and comply with clause 12.
The following may not claim a prize:
employees of Spinners UK and their immediate families;
any person professionally connected with the Promotion, including distribution contractors and their staff.
4. Cards
Cards are distributed free of charge. No purchase is necessary to obtain a Card, and no payment of any kind is required to discover whether a prize has been won.
Cards are distributed at street locations and other public places local to each venue, while stocks last.
Cards have no cash value and are not for resale. Any Card offered for sale is void.
A limit of one (1) Card applies per person and per booking. Cards may not be pooled, combined or used together, and only one (1) Card may be redeemed against any single booking or visit regardless of group size.
5. Prize levels
Every Card carries a prize. There are five (5) prize levels:
Level 1 — A Night Out On Us: the Play. Drink. Eat. package for four (4) guests, comprising one (1) game for fifty-five (55) minutes, one (1) main meal and one (1) drink per guest;
Level 2 — Games On Us: one (1) game for one (1) hour for up to six (6) guests up to the value of forty-five pounds (£45);
Level 3 — A Round On Us: one (1) drink per guest for up to four (4) guests, with any paid booking from the following list:
- Any single house spirit with mixer;
- Any draught beer or cider (or bottled equivalent where draught is unavailable);
- A medium glass of house wine or Prosecco;
- Selected Classic cocktails and mocktails;
- Selected soft drinks.
Level 4 — Pizza On Us: one (1) twelve inch (12″) pizza, with any paid booking;
Level 5 — Your Drink’s On Us: one (1) drink from the following list:
- Any single house spirit with mixer;
- Any draught beer or cider (or bottled equivalent where draught is unavailable);
- A medium glass of house wine or Prosecco;
- Selected Classic cocktails and mocktails;
- Selected soft drinks.
6. Prize allocation and availability
Prizes are allocated at the point of printing and are randomly distributed across the print run. Twenty thousand (20,000) Cards will be printed in total, being five thousand (5,000) per venue.
The following prizes are available at each venue:
Level 1 — ten (10) prizes available, approximate odds of one (1) in five hundred (500);
Level 2 — fifty (50) prizes available, approximate odds of one (1) in one hundred (100);
Level 3 — two hundred (200) prizes available, approximate odds of one (1) in twenty five (25);
Level 4 — six hundred and twenty five (625) prizes available, approximate odds of one (1) in eight (8);
Level 5 — four thousand one hundred and fifteen (4,115) prizes available, being all remaining Cards.
All prizes are subject to availability. Spinners UK reserves the right to limit the number of prizes redeemed in any single session where operational capacity requires it.
Spinners UK reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make the advertised prize unavailable.
7. Prize conditions
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
prizes are as described, and no alternative is available;
prizes have no cash value and are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable, in whole or in part;
drink prizes comprise one (1) glass of Medium House Wine, one (1) Pint of Beer, one (1) Single House Spirit & Mixer or one (1) Soft Drink;
alcohol will not be served to any guest under eighteen (18), or to any guest unable to produce acceptable photographic identification on request;
food prizes are subject to menu availability on the day. Gluten free and vegan options are available on request, and all chicken served is halal. Guests must notify the venue of any allergy or dietary requirement at the time of booking;
game prizes are for one (1) game only, up to the value of £45, selected from the activities available at the issuing venue. Not every activity is available at every venue;
game prizes do not include unlimited or repeat play.
8. Booking requirements
Level 3 (A Round On Us) and Level 4 (Pizza On Us) require a paid booking at the issuing venue. These prizes are given with a booking and cannot be claimed independently.
Level 1 (A Night Out On Us), Level 2 (Games On Us) and Level 5 (Your Drink’s On Us) require no purchase.
Any prize including game time must be booked in advance, online or by telephone with the issuing venue. Availability is not guaranteed. Spinners UK cannot hold or provisionally reserve a session, and a booking is only confirmed once any payment due has been made.
9. Days of validity
Cards may be redeemed on Sunday to Thursday at Spinners Reading and Spinners Chester.
Cards may be redeemed on Monday to Thursday at Spinners Plymouth and Spinners Solihull.
Cards may not be redeemed on Fridays or Saturdays at any venue.
Cards may not be redeemed on any date notified by the venue as excluded.
10. Redemption
The physical Card must be presented at the venue named on it. The Card must be surrendered at the point of redemption and will be retained by Spinners UK.
Photographs, photocopies, screenshots and images of a Card will not be accepted.
Cards are valid only at the venue named on the Card and may not be redeemed at any other Spinners UK venue.
Each Card carries a unique code. Spinners UK reserves the right to refuse any Card that is defaced, altered, illegible, duplicated or copied, or where the unique code cannot be verified or has already been redeemed.
Where a Card is scratched to reveal more than one prize panel, or where the printing is unclear, the prize recorded against that Card’s unique code is final.
Spinners UK accepts no responsibility for Cards that are lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed. Cards will not be replaced.
11. Exclusions
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
the Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, deal, promotion, discount, voucher, gift card or package, including but not limited to 3 Games for £15, Family Funday, Play. Drink., Play. Drink. Eat., and any Groupon or Wowcher purchase;
the Promotion is not valid against existing bookings and cannot be applied retrospectively;
the Promotion is not valid on corporate, business or group booking packages, private hire, or any event booking;
the Promotion is not valid against the purchase of gift vouchers and cannot be exchanged for a gift voucher;
the Promotion does not include any food, beverages, games or services other than those expressly set out at clause 5.
12. Age, admission and dress code
Guests under eighteen (18) must leave the venue by 6pm (Reading) or 7pm (Chester, Solihull, Plymouth).
Darts is restricted to guests aged twelve (12) and over.
A smart casual dress code applies. Sportswear is not permitted, including jogging bottoms, team shirts, tracksuits and sports shorts.
Spinners UK reserves the right to refuse entry where the dress code is not met. No prize will be honoured, refunded or extended where entry is refused on this basis.

Activity order and allocation may vary depending on operational requirements.
Where a prize is applied to a booking that is subsequently cancelled, amended, or not attended, the prize is treated as used and the Card will not be reissued.

Providing contact details is not a condition of claiming any prize.
16. Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
Subject to the above, Spinners UK accepts no liability for any loss or disappointment arising from participation in the Promotion or from a prize being unavailable, other than as required by law.
Statutory rights are not affected.
17. Right to withdraw or amend
Spinners UK reserves the right to:
amend or withdraw the Promotion at any time without prior notice;
amend these Terms & Conditions, with any change published;
refuse or withhold a prize where misuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms & Conditions is suspected, or where a Card has been used otherwise than in the spirit of the Promotion.
Cards already in circulation will be honoured on the terms applying at the date of issue, up to the printed expiry date, unless the Promotion is withdrawn on grounds of fraud or abuse.
18. Governing law and complaints
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the law of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

19. General
All bookings made under this Promotion remain subject to Spinners UK’s standard Terms & Conditions.
1. The promotion
1.1 The Prize Wheel is operated in venue at participating Spinners venues. Prizes vary by venue and are listed in Schedule 1.
1.2 Each guest receives one spin per prize card issued. Cards are issued at the venue’s discretion.
1.3 Every card carries a unique reference number.
1.4 The prize landed on is recorded by a member of the Spinners team, who will hole punch the prize on the card. A single hole punch against one prize is the only proof of a prize.
1.5 Each card carries one prize only and may be punched once. A card punched against more than one prize is void.
1.6 “Spin Again” is not a prize. It entitles the guest to one further spin of the wheel. A card may be spun a maximum of two times in total. If the second spin also lands on Spin Again, the spin ends and no prize is awarded.
1.7 There is no purchase necessary to spin the wheel or to claim a prize.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Guests must be 18 or over to be issued with a prize card.
2.2 Employees of Spinners Group Ltd and its subsidiaries, and their immediate families, are not eligible.
2.3 One prize card per guest.
3. Redeeming a prize
3.1 A prize is only valid if the guest completed and submitted the entry form provided on the stand at the time of the spin. The details on that form are checked against the booking before the prize is honoured. If no form was submitted, or the details do not match, the prize will not be honoured.
3.2 Prizes are valid Sunday to Thursday only and cannot be redeemed on a Friday or Saturday. Prizes cannot be redeemed in December.
3.3 Prizes must be redeemed within 1 month after the event where the card was issued. Cards presented after that date will not be accepted and the expiry will not be extended.
3.4 Prizes are valid only at the Spinners venue where the card was issued.
3.5 Booking in advance is required. Scan the QR code on the card to email the team, quoting the reference printed on the card. Prizes cannot be booked online and are subject to availability. A date and time cannot be held or reserved until the booking is confirmed by the venue.
3.6 The card must be brought to the venue and presented on arrival, and will be retained by the venue on redemption. The reference on the card must match the reference given when booking.
3.7 One prize per booking, per table and per visit.
3.8 Prizes cannot be used alongside any other offer, promotion, discount, gift voucher, third-party deal, group package, party package, private or area hire, or corporate and business booking.
3.9 Prizes are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize, and cannot be sold or resold.
4. Game prizes
4.1 A game prize covers one game for the number of people stated on the card. Standard session length for that game applies, as operated at the venue.
4.2 Game prizes include gameplay only. No food or drink is included.
4.3 Guests over the stated number are welcome to join and will be charged at the standard rate on the day.
4.4 Electric Darts is for guests aged 12 and over.
4.5 Guests under 18 must leave the venue by 7pm (Chester, Plymouth, Solihull) and 6pm (Reading).
4.6 The Spinners dress code applies. Smart casual; sportswear is not permitted and the venue reserves the right to refuse entry.
4.7 If the game won is unavailable or out of service on the day, the venue may substitute an alternative game of equivalent value.
5. The drinks prize
5.1 “A Round of Drinks for 4 people” is one drink per person for up to four people, taken from the standard group package drinks selection, which is the same selection used for the Play. Drink. offer: house wine, house beer or lager, house spirit with a mixer, or a soft drink.
5.2 Cocktails, premium spirits, bottles, sharers and any other upgrade are not included. Upgrades are available and the difference is payable on the day.
5.3 All four drinks must be claimed in a single visit and ordered at the same time.
5.4 Alcohol is served to over-18s only. Challenge 25 applies and photo ID may be requested. A soft drink alternative is available. The venue reserves the right to refuse service.
5.5 The drinks prize has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for food or for a game.
6. General
6.1 Cards that are damaged, defaced, altered, copied, punched more than once, or presented as a photograph or screenshot are invalid and will not be accepted.
6.2 A double punched prize is treated as claimed, whether or not it was used.
6.3 Invalid, lost or stolen cards will not be replaced under any circumstances.
6.4 Spinners reserves the right to amend these terms, substitute any prize with one of equivalent value, or withdraw the promotion at any time.
6.5 Prizes are subject to availability at all times and cannot be redeemed on dates the venue is closed or exclusively hired.
6.6 The details submitted on the entry form are used to validate the prize against the booking. All personal data collected as part of this promotion is handled in line with the Spinners privacy policy at spinnersuk.com and is not shared with third parties. Marketing is only sent to guests who have opted in on the form.
6.7 These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
7. Promoter
The promoter is the company operating the venue at which the card was issued. All companies are registered at Venture House, Downshire Way, Bracknell, Berkshire, RG12 1WA.
- This offer entitles the cardholder to 10% off the total bill when paying in venue at any Spinners venue.
- The offer is available to holders of a valid Blue Light Card. Proof of eligibility must be shown at the point of payment.
- The cardholder must be present and be part of the party. The discount cannot be claimed on behalf of someone else.
- The discount applies to the cardholder and up to five guests on the same bill, to a maximum of one discounted transaction per cardholder per day.
- Available in venue only. The offer cannot be applied to online bookings, advance bookings paid online, or bookings made and paid for by phone or email.
- The discount is applied at the point of payment. It cannot be applied retrospectively to a bill that has already been settled.
- The offer applies to games, food and drink purchased on the day. It does not apply to gift vouchers, private hire, area hire, corporate or group bookings, packages, event tickets, or any booking of seven or more people.
- The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, discount, voucher or package, including 3 Games for £15, Sunday Family Funday, Bottomless Brunch, Play. Drink., Play. Drink. Eat., and drinks offers.
- Not valid on bookings redeemed through third-party platforms.
- Subject to availability. The offer does not guarantee entry, a game slot, or a table, and does not permit a booking to be held without payment.
- The discount has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

1. Eligibility
The Halloween Cocktail Menu is available to all guests purchasing drinks within the venue, subject to these terms.
2. Promotional period
The Halloween Cocktail Menu is available from 1 October 2026 to 31 October 2026 inclusive, during venue opening hours. Menu items will not be available outside this period.
3. Availability
The menu is available in-venue only and cannot be pre-booked online, except where included in the Halloween Bottomless Brunch set out in clause 5. All items are subject to availability and stock, may vary by location, and may be withdrawn once stocks run out.
4. Inclusion in drinks offers
During the promotional period:
– all cocktails on the Halloween Cocktail Menu are eligible for the 2 For £15 Cocktails Offer, on a mix and match basis with the classic cocktails already included;
– all shots on the Halloween Cocktail Menu are eligible for the 5 Shots for £15 Offer, on a mix and match basis with the listed shot selection.
This clause takes precedence over the eligible drinks set out in the 2 For £15 Cocktails and 5 Shots for £15 terms for the promotional period only. All other terms of those Offers continue to apply.
5. Halloween Bottomless Brunch
– On Friday 30 October 2026 and Saturday 31 October 2026, cocktails from the Halloween Cocktail Menu are included in the Bottomless Brunch Offer, in addition to the drinks listed on the Bottomless Brunch menu.
– Shots from the Halloween Cocktail Menu are not included in the Bottomless Brunch Offer.
– The Halloween Bottomless Brunch must be booked online in advance via official booking channels and is subject to availability.
– This clause takes precedence over the drink options set out in the Bottomless Brunch terms for these dates only. All other Bottomless Brunch terms continue to apply, including the 90-minute period, group size conditions and responsible service conditions.
6. Purchase conditions
– Offer drinks must be ordered and paid for together in a single transaction at the point of purchase.
– Offers cannot be applied retrospectively to previous purchases.
7. Exclusions
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
– offers on Halloween Cocktail Menu items cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, voucher or package;
– Halloween Cocktail Menu items are not included in pre-booked packages, drinks tokens, Play. Drink., Play. Drink. Eat. or Meal Deals;
– Halloween Cocktail Menu items are not included in Bottomless Brunch on any date other than those set out in clause 5;
– menu items cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative items.
8. Allergens
Drinks may contain allergens. Guests must inform a member of the team of any allergies or intolerances before ordering. Full allergen information is available on request. We cannot guarantee the absence of allergens.
9. Alcohol and licensing conditions
– Alcohol is available only to guests aged 18 and over.
– Valid photographic ID may be required.
– We operate a Challenge 25 policy.
– We reserve the right to refuse service of alcohol, or to limit the number of offers served to any guest, at any time in accordance with licensing laws and responsible service practices.
10. Conduct and service
All guests must behave responsibly. We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated or whose behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.
11. Misuse of offer
Any misuse of the Offer may result in refusal of service.
12. Right to withdraw or amend
Spinners UK reserves the right to:
– amend or withdraw the Halloween Cocktail Menu or any associated offer at any time without prior notice;
– refuse the Offer where misuse, fraud, or breach of terms is suspected.
13. General
All purchases made under this promotion remain subject to Spinners UK’s standard Terms & Conditions and the 2 For £15 Cocktails, 5 Shots for £15 and Bottomless Brunch Offer terms.
