GENERAL TERMS
BOOKINGS POLICY AT SPINNERS
All games/activities at Spinners are to be fully pre-paid. As part of the payment process, we kindly ask that you accept our terms and conditions, including our cancellation charges.
Failure to show up for your gaming or area booking will result in the forfeiture of your pre-payment. We encourage all gamers to arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled game time.
Whilst we will endeavour to accommodate your group, lateness will not always be able to be accommodated, especially at busy times.
CANCELLATION POLICY AT SPINNERS
WEBSITE BOOKINGS POLICY:
- Any booking for less than 13 people, may be made via your chosen Spinners location’s booking page on our website. For certain locations and activities, you will be able to book for up to 18 people via our website. However, conditions will transfer to our “Group Bookings Policy”.
- Should you booking increase to a party size of more than 12 people, you will then be subject to the ‘Group Bookings’ policy.
- 100% cancellation charge for changes made within 48 hours of the booking time.
- Postponement of bookings is not possible within 24 hours of the booking time.
- Should you choose to postpone your booking, you will still be bound by the terms of your original booking.
- Rescheduled bookings will no longer be eligible for refunds.
- By completing your booking, you are acknowledging and accepting our terms and conditions.
GROUP BOOKINGS POLICY
- Your booking will be bound by the following Group Bookings Policy, if at any time, your group size consists of more than 12 people.
- Refunds cannot be provided within 14 days of the scheduled time.
- Postponement of bookings is not possible within 14 days of the scheduled time.
- Amendments (increase/decrease of the size of booking), can not be made within 72 hours of the scheduled time.
- Please note that we are unable to process refunds or credit for changes made within this 72 hour time frame.
- Bookings made less than 14 days before the scheduled time are non-refundable.
- Any booking reduced to less than 12 people will remain subject to the ‘Group Bookings’ policy.
- All postponed bookings are subject to the above conditions based on the original scheduled date.
- Rescheduled bookings will no longer be eligible for refunds.
- By completing your reservation, you are acknowledging and accepting our terms and conditions.
PRIVATE HIRE BOOKINGS POLICY

For Full Venue Hire (also referred to as Private Hire) bookings, the Purchaser agrees to give Spinners 4 weeks’ notice if they wish to cancel – with a full refund available. Cancellations made with less than 4 weeks’ notice will be liable to a 100% cancellation charge.

The balance payment of the booking is due at least 4 weeks prior to the date of the booking.
Any booking made less than 4 weeks before the scheduled time, will be non-refundable and cannot be postponed.
DAMAGE POLICY AT SPINNERS
In the event of any damage to equipment at Spinners, we reserve the right to charge the cost of repairs.
LOSS OR DAMAGE SUFFERED BY YOU
Our liability to you, regardless of how it arises under or in connection with the contract, is limited to a maximum of 100% of the price paid or payable by you under the contract.
DRESS CODE AT SPINNERS
To maintain a pleasant atmosphere, we do not permit sportswear, including but not limited to jogging bottoms, team shirts, tracksuits, and sports shorts.
AGE RESTRICTIONS AT SPINNERS
Please see venue information regarding Under 18’s at our venues at the time of booking. Most venues allow under 18’s until 6pm or 7pm.
Please note that refunds may not be granted if group members at Spinners are unable to provide valid identification.
