GENERAL TERMS
BACKGROUND
These terms and conditions (“Conditions”), together with any other documents referred to within them, set out the terms on which you can book and attend activities, games, hospitality services and ancillary services (“Services”) at Spinners UK venues.
Please read these Conditions carefully and ensure that you understand them. These Conditions may have changed since you last reviewed them. By making a booking, you are agreeing to be bound by these Conditions.
1. INFORMATION ABOUT US
Spinners UK is operated by Spinners Group Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 13966525, with its registered office at:
27 Old Gloucester Street, London, England, WC1N 3AX
Venue Contracting Entities
Bookings are made with the legal entity operating the relevant venue:

- Spinners Reading Limited (Company No. 12079498) – [email protected]
- Spinners Chester Limited (Company No. 13968110) – [email protected]
The Conditions apply to Services provided by the relevant venue operator (“we”, “us”, “our”).
2. APPLICATION OF TERMS
These Conditions apply to:
- all consumer bookings;
- all group bookings; and
- all business or corporate bookings.
Where a booking increases to thirteen (13) or more guests, or where bookings of up to sixteen (16) guests are made online (where available), the booking will be subject to the Group Booking Policy, regardless of how the booking was originally made.
3. THIS IS HOW OUR CONTRACT WITH YOU IS FORMED
3.1 Your offer
A completed booking (whether made online or otherwise) is an offer by you to purchase the Services from us. You are responsible for ensuring that your booking is complete and accurate.
3.2 Our acceptance
Your booking will only be confirmed once:
- payment has been received; and
- a confirmation has been issued.
At this point, a binding contract (“Contract”) will come into existence.
4. SUPPLY OF SERVICES
4.1 Reasonable care
We will provide the Services using reasonable care and skill.
4.2 Changes to Services
We may amend the Services:
- to comply with applicable law or regulatory requirements; or
- to make minor operational changes that do not materially affect the experience.
4.3 Suspension
We may suspend or alter Services to:
- deal with technical or operational issues;
- ensure safety; or
- comply with legal or regulatory obligations.
5. BOOKINGS, PAYMENT AND ATTENDANCE
5.1 Prepayment
All bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5.2 Arrival
Guests should arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their scheduled booking time.
5.3 Lateness
Late arrival may result in:
- reduced activity time; or
- cancellation without refund.
We cannot guarantee accommodation of late arrivals, particularly during busy periods.
5.4 Non-attendance
Failure to attend a booking will result in loss of all payments made.
5.5 Booking restrictions
Bookings may not be resold, transferred for commercial gain, or otherwise exploited. Any breach may result in cancellation without refund and refusal of entry.
6. FOOD AND DRINK
6.1 Inclusion
Food and drink are not included unless expressly stated.
6.2 External items
No food or drink may be brought onto the premises unless agreed in writing.
6.3 Prepaid items
All pre-paid food and drink items are non-refundable, including any unused or unredeemed items.
6.4 Allergens
Food is prepared in environments where allergens are present. We cannot guarantee the absence of allergens. Guests must inform staff of any allergies prior to ordering.
7. CANCELLATION POLICY (CONSUMER BOOKINGS UNDER 13 GUESTS)
- A 100% cancellation charge applies within 48 hours of the booking time.
- Bookings cannot be postponed within 48 hours.
- Rescheduled bookings are not eligible for refunds or further changes.
- All bookings remain subject to their original terms.
8. YOUR OBLIGATIONS
For the purposes of these Conditions, a “Guest” includes all persons attending your booking.
You are responsible for ensuring that all Guests:
8.1 Cooperation
Cooperate with us in all matters relating to the Services and follow all instructions provided by staff.
8.2 Compliance
Comply with all applicable laws, venue rules, safety requirements and any instructions provided on-site.
8.3 Behaviour
Treat staff and other guests with respect. Aggressive, abusive or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal without refund.
8.4 Age and ID
Meet all age requirements and provide valid identification where requested.
8.5 Responsible participation
Drink and participate responsibly. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any Guest whose behaviour presents a risk to themselves or others.
8.6 Damage
Do not damage any equipment, fixtures or property. You will be liable for any damage caused.
8.7 Property and equipment
Do not remove, tamper with, misuse or attempt to take from the premises any equipment, gaming apparatus, furnishings or other property belonging to Spinners.
Any attempt to remove property from the premises may result in:
- immediate removal from the venue;
- cancellation of the booking without refund; and
- charges for replacement and/or further legal action.
8.8 Personal belongings
Take responsibility for personal belongings. We are not liable for loss or damage.
8.9 Cloakroom use
Cloakroom facilities are used at your own risk. Lost tickets may result in delayed return of items.
8.10 Assumption of risk
You acknowledge that participation in activities involves inherent risks and agree to take part at your own risk, except where caused by our negligence.
8.11 Prohibited items
Do not bring prohibited or dangerous items into the venue.
9. AGE RESTRICTIONS
- Age restrictions vary by venue and activity.
- Darts is restricted to participants aged 12 and over.
- Most venues operate an 18+ policy from 6pm or 7pm onwards.
- Valid photographic ID may be required.
- Failure to provide ID may result in refusal of entry without refund.
10. DRESS CODE
We reserve the right to refuse entry to guests not complying with our dress code, including sportswear, tracksuits and similar attire.
11. DAMAGE AND LIABILITY
11.1 Damage
We reserve the right to charge for repair or replacement of any damaged property.
11.2 Losses
Our liability is limited to 100% of the booking value paid.
11.3 Non-excludable liability
Nothing in these Conditions excludes liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by negligence;
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
- any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
12. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
We are not responsible for delays or failure caused by events outside our control.
If the venue is required to close, our liability is limited to refunding the amount paid. We are not responsible for additional losses.
13. GENERAL
13.1 Changes to the Contract must be agreed in writing.
13.2 If we delay enforcement, we may still enforce our rights later.
13.3 If part of these Conditions is invalid, the remainder will still apply.
13.4 These Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
13.5 The courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction.
GROUP BOOKING POLICY
1. INTRODUCTION
This Group Booking Policy sets out the terms applicable to bookings made for larger groups at Spinners UK.
This policy applies to:
- Group bookings of thirteen (13) or more guests; and
- Any booking made for a group where enhanced booking, payment, or operational requirements apply.
This policy should be read alongside Spinners UK’s standard Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict, this Group Booking Policy will take precedence for group bookings.
By making any payment toward a group booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full.
2. WHAT IS A GROUP BOOKING
A Group Booking is defined as:
- Any booking for thirteen (13) or more guests; or
- Any booking made by businesses, corporate organisations, or for events, which may be treated as a group booking at our discretion regardless of size.
3. BOOKING PROCESS
3.1 Bookings may be made via:
- Our website;
- Our events team; or
- Approved booking channels.
3.2 For certain locations and activities, bookings of up to sixteen (16) guests may be made directly via our website. However, such bookings will still be subject to the terms set out in this Group Booking Policy where applicable.
3.3 Any booking that reaches or exceeds thirteen (13) guests, whether made initially or increased after booking, will automatically be classified as a Group Booking and will be subject to this Group Booking Policy in full.
3.4 A booking is only confirmed once:
- We have accepted the booking; and
- Full payment has been received in advance.
3.5 We reserve the right to refuse or limit bookings based on availability, capacity, or operational considerations.
4. PAYMENT TERMS
4.1 Full payment is required in advance for all group bookings. Bookings will not be considered confirmed until payment has been received.
4.2 All payments made are non-refundable, except where explicitly stated otherwise in this policy.
4.3 Pre-paid food and drink packages are:
- Non-refundable; and
- Non-transferable, including any unspent or unused portions.
4.4 Failure to complete payment within required timeframes may result in cancellation of the booking without liability.
5. GROUP SIZE AND FINAL NUMBERS
5.1 Final guest numbers must be confirmed in advance, as specified at the time of booking.
5.2 We will use reasonable endeavours to accommodate increases in group size but cannot guarantee availability.
5.3 Reductions in guest numbers:
- Must be requested at least 7 days prior to the booking date;
- May not be eligible for a refund; and
- May still be charged at the originally confirmed number if notice is not provided.
5.4 Minimum spend or minimum group size requirements may apply.
6. CHANGES, AMENDMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS
6.1 All changes must be requested in writing via:

6.2 Notice Periods:
- 14 days’ notice is required for:
- Full cancellations; or
- Rescheduling bookings
- 7 days’ notice is required for:
- Amendments to group size
6.3 If sufficient notice is not provided:
- We reserve the right to refuse amendments; and
- No refund (full or partial) will be issued.
6.4 Bookings made less than 14 days before the scheduled date are strictly non-refundable.
6.5 If a booking is cancelled:
- All payments, including deposits and prepayments, are non-refundable;
- At our discretion, we may offer a rescheduled date or credit.
6.6 Rescheduled bookings:
- Remain subject to the original booking date conditions;
- Are not eligible for further rescheduling or refunds.
6.7 Failure to attend a booking (“no-show”) will result in:
- Full forfeiture of all payments;
- No refund or rescheduling.
7. ARRIVAL AND TIMING
7.1 Guests are expected to arrive on time.
7.2 Late arrivals may result in:
- Reduced activity time; or
- Cancellation without refund.
7.3 For larger groups:
- Staggered arrival or check-in procedures may be required.
8. FOOD AND DRINK
8.1 Food and drink are not included unless confirmed.
8.2 Pre-orders may be required and must be submitted in advance.
8.3 Dietary and allergen requirements must be provided ahead of time. While care is taken, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
8.4 No outside food or drink is permitted unless agreed in writing.
9. CONDUCT AND RESPONSIBILITY
9.1 The booking holder is responsible for:
- All guests within the group; and
- Ensuring compliance with venue rules and policies.
9.2 All guests must:
- Behave responsibly and respectfully;
- Follow staff instructions;
- Comply with health and safety requirements.
9.3 We reserve the right to:
- Refuse entry; or
- Remove any guest behaving in an unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate manner.
No refund will be provided in such cases.
9.4 Dress Code:
To maintain a suitable venue environment, we do not permit sportswear, including but not limited to:
- Jogging bottoms;
- Team shirts;
- Tracksuits;
- Sports shorts.
10. AGE RESTRICTIONS
10.1 Certain activities and areas are subject to age restrictions.
10.2 Where applicable:
- Valid ID may be required;
- Under 18s must be supervised by a responsible adult.
10.3 Most venues allow under 18s until approximately 6pm or 7pm, depending on location.
10.4 We operate an 18+ policy after certain times, as communicated at booking.
10.5 No refunds will be provided if guests cannot provide valid identification.
11. DAMAGE AND LIABILITY
11.1 The booking holder is responsible for any damage caused by their group to:
- Equipment;
- Facilities; or
- Property.
11.2 We reserve the right to charge for:
- Repairs; or
- Replacement costs.
11.3 Personal belongings are brought onto the premises at the owner’s risk.
12. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
We are not liable for failure or delay due to events outside our reasonable control, including:
- Technical failures;
- Supply issues;
- Force majeure events.
13. VENUE CLOSURE
In the event the venue is required to close for any reason:
- We will refund the full amount paid;
- No further liability will be accepted.
14. RIGHT TO AMEND OR CANCEL
We reserve the right to:
- Amend bookings for operational reasons;
- Relocate or adjust group allocations;
- Cancel bookings for safety, legal, or operational reasons.
Where we cancel a booking, we will offer:
- A full refund; or
- An alternative date where appropriate.
15. GENERAL
15.1 This policy forms part of your contract with Spinners UK.
15.2 All group bookings remain subject to Spinners UK’s full Terms & Conditions.
15.3 We may update this policy from time to time. The version in force at the time of booking will apply.
BUSINESS TERMS & CONDITIONS
BACKGROUND
These terms and conditions (“Conditions”), together with any documents referred to within them, set out the terms on which you may purchase and participate in experiences, games, and services provided by Spinners UK.
By making a Booking or payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Conditions.
1. DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION
In these Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires:
“Booking” means a reservation made by the Customer and accepted by Spinners UK for the provision of Services;
“Booking Form” means any booking confirmation, invoice, online checkout, or written agreement setting out the details of the Booking;
“Business Day” means any day other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in England;
“Charges” means all amounts payable by the Customer as set out in the Booking Form;
“Contract” means the agreement between Spinners UK and the Customer incorporating these Conditions and the Booking Form;
“Customer” means the individual or organisation making the Booking;
“Deposit” means any advance payment required to secure a Booking;
“Event Date” means the date of the Booking;
“Guests” means all persons attending or participating under the Booking;
“Services” means all games, experiences, activities (including darts), hospitality, food and beverage services, and any ancillary services provided by Spinners UK;
“Site” means any premises operated or used by Spinners UK in connection with the Services.
2. INFORMATION ABOUT US
Spinners UK is operated by Spinners Group Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 13966525, with its registered office at 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, England, WC1N 3AX.
References to “Spinners UK”, “we”, “us” or “our” are to Spinners Group Limited.
3. BASIS OF CONTRACT
3.1 A Booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.2 By making payment, the Customer acknowledges and accepts these Conditions.
3.3 A Contract is formed only when Spinners UK confirms acceptance of the Booking.
3.4 All Bookings are subject to availability and operational requirements.
4. SUPPLY OF SERVICES
4.1 Spinners UK shall provide the Services with reasonable care and skill.
4.2 We reserve the right to make changes to the Services where necessary to:
(a) comply with law or regulation; or
(b) improve the experience, provided this does not materially reduce its quality.
4.3 We may suspend Services for operational, safety, or technical reasons.
4.4 Timings are approximate and may vary due to operational requirements.
4.5 Unless expressly stated, food and beverages are not included and may not be brought onto the Site.
4.6 Bookings may not be resold or transferred for commercial gain.
5. BOOKINGS AND EVENT REQUIREMENTS
5.1 Guest numbers must be confirmed at least 21 days before the Event Date unless otherwise agreed.
5.2 Increases in guest numbers are subject to availability. Reductions in guest numbers will not entitle the Customer to a refund.
5.3 Food, drink, and dietary requirements must be submitted in advance where applicable.
5.4 Decorations or external suppliers require prior written approval.
5.5 A discretionary service charge may be applied.
5.6 Dress Code
A smart casual dress code applies. Spinners UK reserves the right to refuse entry to Guests wearing inappropriate attire, including sportswear such as jogging bottoms, team shirts, tracksuits, and sports shorts.
5.7 Age Restrictions
Age restrictions vary by venue and session and will be communicated at the time of booking or on our website.
- Guests under 18 may only be permitted during specified hours.
- Darts activities are restricted to Guests aged 12 and over.
6. CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS
6.1 The Customer shall ensure all information provided is accurate.
6.2 The Customer shall ensure that all Guests:
- provide valid identification if requested;
- comply with all venue rules and staff instructions;
- behave responsibly and respectfully;
- do not damage equipment or property;
- consume alcohol responsibly;
6.3 Damage to Property
Spinners UK reserves the right to charge the Customer for the cost of repair or replacement of any equipment or property damaged by the Customer or their Guests.
6.4 Spinners UK reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any Guest without refund where necessary for safety, legal, or operational reasons.
6.5 Refunds will not be granted where entry is refused due to failure to provide valid identification or failure to comply with these Conditions.
7. CHARGES AND PAYMENT
7.1 All Bookings must be paid in full in advance to be confirmed unless otherwise agreed.
7.2 Deposits and payments are non-refundable except where expressly stated in these Conditions or at our discretion.
7.3 Pre-paid food and beverages are non-refundable, including any unused or unspent amounts.
7.4 All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
7.5 Late payments may incur interest at 4% above the Bank of England base rate.
8. CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENTS (STANDARD GROUP BOOKINGS)
8.1 All cancellations or amendments must be requested in writing via [email protected].
8.2 Cancellation Policy
- A minimum of 14 days’ notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling.
- Bookings cancelled with less than 14 days’ notice are non-refundable.
- Bookings made within 14 days of the Event Date are non-refundable.
8.3 Amendments
- A minimum of 7 days’ notice is required to amend group size.
- Amendments are subject to availability.
- Reductions in group size will not result in refunds.
8.4 Rescheduled Bookings
Rescheduled bookings remain subject to the original booking date conditions. Further rescheduling or refunds may be permitted at the sole discretion of Spinners UK.
9. PRIVATE HIRE BOOKINGS
9.1 The following terms apply to private hire bookings:
- A minimum of 30 days’ notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling.
- A minimum of 14 days’ notice is required for amendments to group size.
- Bookings made within 30 days of the Event Date are non-refundable.
9.2 Where sufficient notice is not provided, no refund or amendment will be permitted unless at the discretion of Spinners UK.
10. CANCELLATION BY SPINNERS UK
10.1 Spinners UK may cancel a Booking where the Customer breaches these Conditions.
10.2 Spinners UK may cancel for operational reasons and will provide a full refund of amounts paid.
10.3 Venue Closure
In the event that the venue is required to close due to circumstances beyond our control, our liability shall be limited to the refund of any payments made for the affected booking.
We shall not be liable for any additional costs, losses or expenses incurred.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All intellectual property rights in the Services and related materials remain the property of Spinners UK.
12. DATA PROTECTION
Both parties shall comply with applicable UK data protection laws.
13. HEALTH AND SAFETY
13.1 Participation in games and experiences may involve physical activity, lighting effects, and interactive environments. Guests participate at their own risk.
13.2 Guests must inform staff of any relevant medical conditions.
13.3 Food is prepared in environments where allergens are present; cross-contamination cannot be guaranteed to be avoided.
14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
14.1 Nothing in these Conditions excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
14.2 Subject to clause 14.1, Spinners UK’s total liability shall not exceed the total Charges paid.
14.3 Spinners UK shall not be liable for:
(a) loss of profit, business, or revenue;
(b) loss of data;
(c) indirect or consequential loss.
14.4 Guests are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.
15. GENERAL
15.1 Spinners UK shall not be liable for failure to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control.
15.2 This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties.
15.3 Any variation must be agreed in writing.
15.4 Failure to enforce any right shall not constitute a waiver.
15.5 If any provision is invalid, the remainder shall remain in effect.
15.6 Notices must be given in writing to [email protected] or the address provided in the Booking Form.
15.7 No third party shall have rights under this Contract.
15.8 These Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
15.9 The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
PROMOTIONS
The following promotion-specific terms apply in addition to the above Conditions. In the event of any conflict, these promotion terms will prevail to the extent of that conflict.
- Eligibility
The 3 Games for £15 Offer is available only to guests booking as part of a group of two (2) to six (6) people. All participants within the group must take part in the Offer.
- Promotional period
The Offer is valid Monday to Thursday only and is not available during school holidays, bank holidays, public holidays, or peak periods unless otherwise stated.
- Availability
The Offer is subject to availability and may be limited to selected times, sessions, or venues. Spinners UK reserves the right to withdraw or amend availability at any time.
- Offer inclusions
The Offer entitles each guest to:
- Three (3) games for £15 per person, comprising:
- One (1) game of each activity; and
- Thirty (30) minutes per activity, except as set out below.
For bookings of three (3) to six (6) guests, the bowling element will be allocated a one (1) hour session instead of 30 minutes.
All other activities will remain at one (1) game of thirty (30) minutes each.
- Booking requirements
The Offer is available for online bookings only and must be booked in advance via official booking channels. The Offer must be selected at the time of booking and cannot be applied retrospectively.
- Group size conditions
The Offer is valid only for groups of 2–6 guests.
- If fewer guests attend than booked, no partial refund will be given.
- Additional guests may be refused or charged at standard rates.
- Exclusions
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- the Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, or package;
- the Offer is not valid against existing bookings;
- the Offer does not include food, beverages, or additional games;
- the Offer has no cash value and is non-transferable.
- Session conditions
Session times are fixed and allocated in advance. Late arrivals may result in reduced playtime without refund.
Activity order and allocation may vary depending on operational requirements.
- Health and safety
All guests must comply with venue rules, safety instructions, and staff directions at all times. Spinners UK reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests whose behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.
- Right to withdraw or amend
Spinners UK reserves the right to:
- amend or withdraw the Offer at any time without prior notice;
- refuse the Offer where misuse, fraud, or breach of terms is suspected.
- General
All bookings made under this Offer remain subject to Spinners UK’s standard Terms & Conditions.
- Eligibility
The School’s Out Offer is available only to groups of three (3) to six (6) participants. All participants within the group must take part in the Offer.
- Promotional period
The Offer is only available to book via official booking channels when displayed as available, and is valid Monday to Thursday only. The Offer cannot be accessed or redeemed outside of those periods. The venue operates an 18+ policy from 7:00pm onwards, and as such the Offer is not available for bookings taking place after this time.
- Availability
The Offer is subject to availability and may be limited to selected times, sessions, or venues. The Offer is not available at the Chester venue.
- Offer inclusions
The Offer entitles each participant to:
- One (1) selected game; and
- One (1) 8” pizza,
for a total price of £10 per person.
Game duration varies depending on the activity selected and location. Specific game times will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Reading:

Solihull:

- Exclusions
- Darts is excluded from this Offer.
- Darts activities are restricted to participants aged 12 and over and are not included in this promotion.
- The Offer cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative menu items.
- Sharing of games or food is not permitted.
- Booking requirements
The Offer is available for online bookings only and must be booked in advance via official booking channels. The Offer must be selected at the time of booking and cannot be applied retrospectively.
- Group size conditions
The Offer is valid only for groups of 3–6 participants.
- All participants in the group must take part in the Offer.
- One offer applies per person.
- If fewer guests attend than booked, no partial refund will be given.
- Additional guests may be refused or charged at standard rates.
- Exclusions and limitations
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- the Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, or package;
- the Offer is non-transferable and has no cash value.
- Session and participation conditions
Game durations and activity allocations may vary by venue and availability. All participants must adhere to activity-specific rules, age restrictions, and safety requirements.
- Supervision and safety
- Adult supervision is required at all times for participants under 18.
- All guests must comply with venue rules, safety instructions, and staff directions at all times.
- Misuse of offer
Any misuse of the Offer, including failure to comply with these terms, may result in refusal of service without refund.
- Right to withdraw or amend
Spinners UK reserves the right to:
- amend or withdraw the Offer at any time without prior notice;
- refuse the Offer where misuse, fraud, or breach of terms is suspected.
- General
All bookings made under this Offer remain subject to Spinners UK’s standard Terms & Conditions.
- Eligibility
The Family Funday Offer is available only to groups of three (3) to six (6) participants. All participants within the group must take part in the Offer.
- Promotional period
The Offer is only available to book via official booking channels when displayed as available. The Offer is valid Sundays only and is not available on any other days.
- Availability
The Offer is subject to availability and may be limited to selected times, sessions, or venues. The Offer is not available at all locations, and guests should check availability at their chosen venue at the time of booking.
- Offer inclusions
The Offer entitles each participant to:
