Spinners Group Limited Social Media Competition – Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

• The competition is open to individuals aged 18+ and residing in the United Kingdom.
• Employees of Spinners Group Limited, their companeies and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry Requirements:

• To enter, participants must like the page, comment with a person they would like to share the prize with, and ensure they are following us.
• Multiple entries from the same participant are allowed, but each entry must be unique.

3. Competition Period:

• The competition begins on Sunday 4th February and ends on Friday 9th February at 11am.

4. Winner Selection:

• Winners will be randomly selected  from eligible entries.
• Winners will be announced on Friday 9th February.

5. Prizes:

• The prize for each winner includes a large pizza of their choice, a bottle of champagne, and 1 hour of an activity of their choice. Prize ay be redeemed from Sunday 11th February until Sunday 18th February (excluding Saturday).

6. Notification of Winners:

• Winners will be notified via the relevant social media platform within 1 day of the competition end date.
• If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 3 days, an alternate winner will be selected.

7. Publicity Release:

• By entering the competition, participants agree to allow Spinners Group Limited to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

8. Data Privacy:

• Any personal information collected during the competition will be used for the purpose of administering the competition and will not be shared with third parties.

9. Disqualification:

• Spinners Group Limited reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent activity.

10. Changes to Terms:

• Spinners Group Limited reserves the right to modify or terminate the competition or these terms and conditions at any time.

11. Governing Law:

• This competition is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
