PAYMENT
For double activity, and large group bookings, you will need to submit an enquiry. Once we have received, we will be in touch to confirm & require payment from your group in full. This must be received within 3 days of request or your booking will be cancelled.
CANCELLATION
Deposits are non-refundable.
For reduction in numbers, this is possible up until 72 hours before your booking, and a full refund will be provided. Your total attendees must still be above the minimum limit.
All booking amendments/cancellations must be received via email within the time period stated to the following email address: plymouth@spinnersuk.com
